Les Femmes LAB
Harnessing the Power of the World's 50%
Les Femmes Lab develops capsules of immersive learning experiences aimed at exploring and deploying systemic solutions to pressing development challenges faced by African women through:
LES FEMMES PODCAST
We excavate the stories and experiences of gutsy African women, drawing from them as models for thriving in leadership, lifestyle, career, and change-making. The dialogues are curated as mini masterclasses plus exposes on navigating African landscapes.
LES FEMMES INSIGHTS
We leverage applied research methods and data analytics to generate insights on women against the backdrop of African markets, societies, politics, and global development. Applied research also forms the bedrock of our design, investment & impact programs.
LES FEMMES INVESTMENT CLUB
We are exploring gender-lens investing in growth markets through cohort-based investment clubs that launch African female angel investors and provide patient capital to female-led enterprises and gender-equity boosting sectors.
The capital shop also provides a "marketplace" for both groups.
LES FEMMES GAMES
We are exploring gaming and simulation as an experiential tool for driving immersive socio-cultural education and skills development on relevant gender, socioeconomic and political themes, using tabletop and digital games.
